
Filled Veggies
Cherry tomatoes- cut a whole around the stem with a serrated knife. Gently remove the pulp Prepare packet 1 of Garlic
Herb cheeseball mix. Fill tomato by placing mixture in a zip lock bag and cutting off a small piece of the corner and
squeezing into the tomato. Sprinkle with packet 2.
Celery – Squeeze summer garden cheese mixture on celery. Sprinkle with contents of packet 2.
Individual Appetizers
Make packet 1 as directed. Divide into 8 balls then roll into packet 2. Serve on individual bread or appetizer plates with a
fan of crackers and /or veggies.
Hot Dip
Mix packets 1 & 2 of any traditional flavor cheeseball with 8oz cream cheese and ¼ cup sour cream. Heat slowly on top
of stove stirring frequently.
Petite Sandwiches
Trim bread and cut into small squares or other interesting shapes. Prepare packet 1 of garlic Herb or Summer Garden
Cheeseball mix as directed on package. Spread prepared cheese mixture on bread. Serve open face or as finger sandwiches
Individual Dessert Cheeseballs
Prepare packet 1 of any sweet cheeseball as directed. Divide into 6 balls before rolling packet 2. Serve on small dessert
plate with cookies, graham crackers or
fruit!
Fruit Salad or Dip
For Dip make any packet 1 of any sweet Cheeseball mix with 8 oz of cream cheese (can be no or low fat) and ¼ cup of
sour cream. Dip apple pieces. Strawberries. Fresh pear slices, angle food cake etc.
For Fruit Salad decrease cream cheese to 4oz and increase sour cream to ½ cup. Use as a dressing. Sprinkle top of
contents of Packet 2 and serve cold.
Citrus Delight
Cut a lime or lemon in half length-wise. Scoop out the pulp and fill with prepared Lemon or Lime Cheeseball mixture!
Upside Down Cheesecake!
Prepare individual cheeseball Deserts. On a desert plate. Start by spooning topping on bottom (fudge for chocolate chip,
sprinkle graham cracker crumbs for Key Lime Pie, carmel for carmel apple etc.) and top with an individual cheeseball.
Garnish plate with cookies, graham crackers or fruit.
Fruit Pizza
Spread refrigerated sugar cookie dough on a pizza pan and bake until lightly browned. Cool. Mix
packet 1 of any sweet Cheeseball Mix as directed and spread over cooled Crust. Top with a variety of
sliced fruit. Brush fruit with flavored gelatin (mixed with water but not set yet) Sprinkle contents of packet 2 over the
top. Refrigerate Until ready to serve. Cut into slices for a tasty treat That is also lots of fun.
Cheesecake Mouse Pie – a favorite
1 Sweet cheeseball Mix
1 8oz block of cream cheese
1 8oz carton whipped cream
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Mix packet 1 with cream cheese until smooth. Stir whipped topping. Pour into crust. Garnish the top with fresh fruit or
contents of Packet 2. Refrigerate until ready to serve
PieTarts
Bake individual mini pastry tarts. Prepare packe tof any desert Cheeseball as directed. Fill with Cheese mixture. Sprinkle
top with contents of Packet 2. Garnish with a thin twist of lime.
Pie
1 Package - any flavor –sweet Cheeseball Mix 1 8oz cream cheese 1/4 cup butter or margarine 8 oz prepared whipped
topping 1 baked pie crust DIRECTIONS: Combine Mix with cream cheese and butter. Stir until smooth. Fold in prepared
whipped topping. Pour into prepared pie crust. Top with graham topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
BLT CHEESEBALL IDEAS
Potato Salad Quick Tip!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Package - Wind & Willow BLT Cheeseball Mix Prepared potato or pasta salad
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare potato salad (or a pasta salad) as usual and then add dry BLT Mix to taste. Want to add some interesting color?
Try adding some of the Herb and Tomato Topping as well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Super Spuds!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Prepared Wind & Willow BLT Cheeseball Mix 1 8 oz. cream cheese Baked Potatoes
DIRECTIONS: Prepare The BLT Cheeseball as directed. Add a spoonful to top your baked potato. Super in a second!
The BLT Sandwich!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Package - any flavor - Wind & Willow BLT Cheeseball Mix
1 8 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbs. mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS: Mix the BLT Mix and Herb and Tomato Topping Mix with 8 oz cream cheese and 4 Tbs. of
Mayonnaise. Spread on toast and add Bacon, Lettuce and Tomatoes for a sandwich worth remembering!
Hot Bites!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Package - any flavor - Wind & Willow BLT Cheeseball Mix
1 8 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbs. mayonnaise
White Sandwich bread slices
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 425. Combine BLT Mix with 8 oz of cream cheese and 4 Tbs. mayonnaise. Trim the crust from 12 slices
of white sandwich bread. Cut into 2 equal strips. Spread each strip with 1 Tbs. BLT mixture. Roll up from the short end
of the strip. Dip open ends in Herb and Tomato Topping. Wrap with 1/2 strip of bacon (covering open ends) and secure
with a toothpick. Bake for approximately 7 minutes or until bacon is done. Your guests will fight for the last bite!
SPINACH-ARTICHOKE CHEESEBALL IDEAS
Spinach-Artichoke Chicken:
Serve with salad and bread for a simple, quick and delicious dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
You'll need one package of Wind and Willow Spinach-Artichoke Mix
8oz cream cheese
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) softened butter or margarine*
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk or cream
4 cups cooked mostaccioli noodles
2 cups chicken, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
Options: Add 3/4 cup diced tomatoes drained (Italian seasoned diced tomatoes may be used) and/or 3/4 cup artichoke
hearts diced and drained.
DIRECTIONS:
In saucepan over low heat combine both packets 1 and 2 of Spinach-Artichoke Mix, cream cheese, butter, sour cream and
milk. Stir until ingredients are thoroughly heated and smooth. Add optional tomatoes and artichokes if desired. Pour over
noodles and chicken. Stir just enough to coat chicken and mostaccioli noodles.
Spinach-Artichoke Hot Hors d'ouvres
INGREDIENTS:
You'll need one package of Wind and Willow Spinach-Artichoke Mix, 8oz cream cheese
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) softened butter or margarine, one 8-oz. can of crescent rolls or pastry dough
DIRECTIONS:
Cut crescents into 3 inch squares
Place 1 tsp. of cheese spread in the center of each square.
Fold in half to form a triangle
Press to seal edges
Cut a slit in the top to vent steam
Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese if desired.
Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
* Low Fat Alternative: Simply omit butter and use no-fat cream cheese! Some flavors may not set up in a ball, but still
taste great and may be used as a spread!

Key Lime Tarts:

Tropical Dessert Pizza
INGREDIENTS:

Refrigerated Cookie Dough
8oz cream cheese

For fruit; apples, bananas and strawberries always work well but for real tropical flavor try adding some kiwi, pineapple,
mango, papaya or mandarin orange slices!
DIRECTIONS: Spread refrigerated sugar cookie dough on a pizza pan and bake until lightly browned. Cool. Mix packet 1

INGREDIENTS:

8oz cream cheese

DIRECTIONS: Mix packet 1 with cream cheese until smooth. Stir in 1: 8oz. carton of whipped topping. Pour into crust

PEACH COBBLER CHEESEBALL
Cool Peach Pie:
INGREDIENTS:
1 Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler Cheeseball Mix
1 8oz cream cheese
1 8 oz carton prepared whipped topping
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
1 18 oz can of sliced peaches (drained) or 2 cups sliced fresh peaches
DIRECTIONS: Mix the Peach packet from the Cheeseball Mix with 8 oz of cream cheese. When smooth, fold in 8 oz of
whipped topping. Spoon a thin layer of the mixture in the bottom of the pie crust. Top with peach slices. Spoon on the
rest of the cream cheese mixture. Garnish with peach slices and sprinkle with contents of topping packet from Cheeseball
Mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Peaches & Cream Crisp:
INGREDIENTS:
1 Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler Cheeseball Mix
1 8 oz package Cream Cheese
2 15 oz cans of sliced peaches (drained) or 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
2/3 brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup butter or margarine cut into cubes
DIRECTIONS: Mix Peach packet from Cheeseball Mix with 8 oz of cream cheese and set aside. To make Crisp topping,
combine brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, butter and Topping packet from Cheeseball Mix and mix by hand until
crumbly. Lightly grease 8" X 8" X 2" pan. Put 1/2 of the peaches in the pan. Spoon on the cream cheese mixture. Add the
remaining peaches. Sprinkle Crisp topping mixture over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is golden
brown. Serve warm and, if desired, with cream or ice cream. Serves 8.
Peach Sweetened Butter:
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbs dry Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler Peach Mix
1/2 cup softened butter
DIRECTIONS: Mix until thoroughly blended. Put in butter or candy molds. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Delicious
when served on warm rolls or muffins and makes a lovely presentation.
MANGO TANGO CHESEBALLS
Parfait Tango
Send your taste buds dancing!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Wind & Willow Mango Tango Cheeseball Mix
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup fruit juice
4 oz sour cream
A variety of fresh fruit cut into bite size pieces
Angel food cake cut into bite size pieces
DIRECTIONS: Combine contents of Mango Tango Mix with cream cheese, fruit juice and sour cream. Beat with mixer
until smooth. Assemble your parfait just prior to serving. To assemble, start with a layer of the prepared Mango Tango
mixture in each parfait glass. Add a layer of fruit. Next add a layer of angel food cake. Repeat layers and top with an
additional layer of Mango Tango. Top with coconut topping included in the Mango Tango Cheeseball Mix. Garnish with
a tropical umbrella or an orange slice and serve!
STRAWBERRY CHEESEBALL
Strawberry Butter

You'll need one package of Wind and Willow Strawberries & Cream Cheeseball Mix
8oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 Tbs dry Strawberries & Cream Cheeseball Mix with 1 stick of real butter, softened but not melted.
Mix until thoroughly blended.Refrigerate in butter or candy molds.Delicious when served with warm rolls or muffins and
makes a lovely presentation.
The Perfect Danish
INGREDIENTS:
You'll need one package of Wind and Willow Strawberries & Cream Cheeseball Mix
8oz cream cheese
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) softened butter or margarine*
1 - 8oz can of crescent rolls
DIRECTIONS: Prepare packet 1 as directed, but do not roll in packet 2Unroll crescents from an 8oz. can of crescent rolls
Form 4 rectangles.In the center of each place 2 Tbs of cream cheese mixture. Fold to form a square pouch and seal edges
with knife make 3 small slits in top of pouch to vent steam. .Sprinkle with contents of package 2.Bake at 350 for 10 to 15
minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing* - serve warm! Instead of powdered sugar icing you
may substitute strawberry juice. *Powdered Sugar Icing Combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 1 Tbs milk (you may
substutue lemon or lime juice too) - Mix until smooth.
Strawberry Jumble Pie
INGREDIENTS:
You'll need one package of Wind and Willow Strawberries & Cream Cheeseball Mix
8oz cream cheese
8oz box of whipped topping
1 - prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup of fresh, cut strawberries
Prepared strawberry gelitan cut into small cubes
topping. Mix gently with gelatin cubes and fresh strawberries. You may even want to add cubes of white or strawberry
flavored angle food cake!Carefully spoon into graham cracker crust. Garnish with fresh strawberries.Sprinkle with
